I never knew I was unhappy at the time. I just thought it was normal (for me) to be negative, serious and misunderstood (and not much fun to be around). Just reckoned that happy folks either didn’t have my problems, my past or my circumstances. Or they weren’t sensitive (like me), or they were just bloody lucky!
The transformation started in 2012. (After many frustrations with self-help and 'spirituality', and 3 years of therapy.) Ah, a nice, easy question to start things off. An E-COURSE is simply an online course – typically delivered to your device via a web page or email. In this particular case, my “How To Be Happy E-COURSE” is delivered solely by email. And contains links to BONUS PDF and Word DOC ebooks, videos, relevant web pages of mine.
Good question. The truth is that no one needs to “learn” how to be happy because happiness is innate within us all. As I’m sure you deep down know. Trouble is, this is easy to forget. Then it starts to mistakenly become about acquiring, or becoming, or it’s dependent on the past or future again.
My “How To Be Happy E-COURSE” is simply my offering to you to help you remember that happiness is an Inside-Out job. That is all.
